   I must say I’m very happy I decided to try this Company after reading the reviews on line I called and set up an appointment. He was on time polite & professional. The carpet looks good!!!!

   Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company, I've been using them for years at multiple homes.  Outstanding customer service, prompt, reasonable, I could go on and on.    Poor customer service. Excuse for poor quality work. Showed up 2.5 hours early. Spent 20 minutes cleaning 3 bedrooms and a full living room. Did not remove stains/ odors. (Urine smell ) more concerned about spreading the word on vaccine then task at hand. Never will use ever again!!!

   This was our first time using Elite Carpet Cleaning and I have to say I’m glad we switched. Shane did an excellent job and really took time to understand where the stains came from.
